Sahndra is now in Maryland, on the set of the all star studded Nollywood Dramady, One Night in Vegas, produced by the Ghanaian producer of Paparazzi, Koby Maxwell. She plays the small role of Mildred, which has a major twist to the series of playful events happening in the movie.
This movie, set in Maryland, DC and Vegas, has a very impressive cast, including: Jimmy Jean Louis, John Dumelo, Yvonne Nelson, Van Vicker, Micheal Blackson, Moses Efret and many more.

News! News! News! Sometime next year, when this movie is out and showing in theatres, you will see Sahndra play the lead character of Kwuni in the feature film Unconditional Love, produced by Cameroonian producer Princess Mankah, and directed by John Uche.
The film is about Kwuni, a church girl who falls in love with a megastar visiting her city. The main point of this film is to show that true love withstands all conditions, however God's love is the most unconditional of all.

One Night In Vegas has been accepted into the Santa Domingo Film Festival, as well as the prestigious UN in NYC, where the film will be screening on the 15th.
If you are in the Big Apple that weekend, you can go to see the film that every one is speaking about.
For those in Africa, don't worry, the film just got distribution and will be showing in the Silverbird theaters in Nigeria and Ghana, and when it goes to DVD, the rest of you can catch up with it!!!

SAHNDRA BOOKS THE ROLE OF YURIKA IN FRANK RAJAH's MOST ANTICIPATED FILM ''REFUGEES'' set for release on valetines day 2014

Sahndra is presently in Atlanta Georgia, where she is on set on one of Frank Rajah's upcoming movies called Refugees. The movie tells the struggle of immigrant singers when faced with racism in the music industry. It is a very deep film, and she was immediately cast after an impromptu audition that came up, right after the premiere of World One Night in Vegas.
Her role, Yurika, is one of the lead characters in the film, a refugee from Cameroon, and playing this character is one of a deep deep soul search '' to pick up the pieces of my broken heart after my brother's death'' she has been quoted saying.
Please join Sahndra to celebrate the success of her new role, and so far, she is loving the experience of working alongside legends in the African film game, like Frank Rajah, Robert Peters, and Yvonne Nelson. The film also stars Cameroonian actress Okawa Shaznay and the new face of Nollywood Belinda Effah.

In 2011, Sahndra played a small role in a movie called ''Lost in Abroad'', produced and directed by Kelechi Eke.
The film talks about Africans in the diaspora who have lost their roots, and fight themselves caught up in another land, and Sahndra played a French- speaking role as a hairdresser called ZENA.
Well here is some NEWS!!!
HARVARD UNIVERSITY has converted Lost in Abroad movie to "Internet Resource Archival Material." Meaning that students and affiliates of this Great institution can now access the movie online.

The ''refugees'' showed up at the GIAMA this year to perform, as a debut of the promotions for the upcoming movie, where they play refugee singers trying to overcome the race problem in the music industry
Supporting our film ONE NIGHT IN VEGAS THE MOVIE nominated for 16, and won 3 :best film, best supporting actor and best cinematographer.

SAD NEWS! SAHNDRA LOSES HER OLDER BROTHER IN A CAR ACCIDENT!!!

We are very sad to announce to you that Sahndra lost her foster brother, Gideon, early this week after a severe car crash that left him in a coma from which he never woke.
He had lived with them years before Sahndra was born, and she grew up to love and respect him as an older brother.
They were very very close, and she looked up to him as a mentor, brother, and friend. Gideon is a very big influence in Sahndra's creative and entrepreneural mindset, as he has several drawings, rap songs and an IT company, Netadoo under his belt.
The last time they saw each other was in November 2012, when Sahndra was back home for her grandfather's funeral, and they had a four hour long conversation, where he told her how proud he was of who she had become, and was becoming. It was hard to decipher that this moment would be the last time she would ever see him again.
They often communicated by skype, and she still does with the rest of her immediate family, and had last spoken to him a little over weeks ago, when she was in Vegas filming One Night in Vegas. After that, came the accident, a month later, he was dead.
It is a very sad time for the family, and the actress is shaken badly. Please join us in our prayers.
The burial date has been set for July 20th, 2013
